提取蚕蛹甲壳素活性成分的最佳工艺条件.利用氢氧化钠溶液和盐酸溶液依次对蚕蛹粉进行加热处理后,用紫外吸收法和干法灰化法分别测定提取物中残余蛋白质及无机盐含量.实验结果表明:利用碱浸酸煮法提取甲壳素,氢氧化钠的浓度为9%、温度为85℃、时间为3h,盐酸的浓度为3%、温度为60℃、时间3h为最佳提取条件.甲壳素提取率27.1%.
