Targeted News Service (subscription) Steve Chabot, R-Ohio, has introduced legislation (H.R. 1961) to "extend the exemption from the fire - retardant materials construction requirement for vessels operating within the Boundary Line." The bill was introduced on May 14 and has three co-sponsors.
